Dr. Benny Kurian
Trainer, coach and mentor — a lifetime spent helping people communicate better, lead better and achieve their goals.
For more than 25 years, Dr. Benny Kurian has stood in front of classrooms, boardrooms and auditoriums with a single purpose: helping people achieve their goals. In that time he has trained over 2,00,000 individuals and conducted more than 3,000 programs across India and internationally — in New Zealand, Germany, Singapore, Malaysia and Qatar.
His approach combines international training credentials with deep academic grounding. A JCI Certified Head Trainer and International Trainer, PRIME graduate of the JCI Training University in St. Louis, and LEDGE International Certified Coach, he also holds a Ph.D. in Commerce — his doctoral research examined the impact of training on the professional effectiveness of insurance agents of LIC of India — alongside a postgraduate degree in Commerce and a degree in Law.
Beyond the training hall, he has mentored over 500 trainers, authored two books on Internet and computer literacy, and shares his experiences on his YouTube channel,Ben Thoughts and Trips.
